Changing your OS' main language (usage, display, location) won't entirely fix the "cannot find XYZ_SomeChineseLetters.dll" etc. even if the error-popup shows the proper chinese figures.

Unlike other games, SRO is an obscure MMO this days

the fact they will bother with this game and the 99999999999999+1 servers the server files will spawn is remote

I'm more prompt to say that we could even buy their files first before getting a C&D

Translating the files is not hard at all. A simple sro_client editing to make it read 1 file and a simple .bat file to join all texts together should do it ^^
