Read what errors says, your sql server can't restore database cause iits size exceeded limit.

flozz lua scripts were should i add them? it works if i drop them all in server files?

No, thoses used for custom quests (unique slayer quests in this database), and so-ok events (Jewel box event in this database) but seems like jewel box event a bit bugged, and I dot have working event.sct, but I guess lua script works fine.
