Fixed one of the clamp errors by changing the lv100 exp to default in reflevel...

CLAMP errors cause of exp limit, (yeah those 999999999999..), about the players..hmm weird thing, sorry but I can't help you with this.

fixed free silk.. It's quite tricky to get it to work. On client side; it stated played 0 hrs, but server side counts it. Just need to remove the old table and run the query. Incase someone is looking for this; just google vsro free silk hours and follow the procedure.

local overlap job exception!! : CServerProcessOverlap
Anyone can help me?
