When i tried to run phConnecter, MSVCP100D.dll is missing, how can i fix this error.

Hey guys when I'm trying to start PhConnector I get an error which says I am missing MSVCP100D.dll. My windows are 64 bit. I did some googling, I found that I need visual studio packages. I've downloaded all of them (2005-2013) for x64, it still gave me the same error. After that I tried to find the dll alone, but all I could find was one for x32, it didn't help and when I tried to register it, it said I need one for x64. Can anyone help?
