[Release] VSRO v188 gateway server with no GM ip restriction
I remember I've released something similar... But here is it... Basically, just a gateway server for v188 servers with no restrictions on GM privileged IP addresses.

if the guy who`s own him can get account with gm status , so its easy to add his ip to db

this is something I'd never use in a real environment.
one of the kid gms gets "hacked" and the server's ******-up.

Some people asked for it, so, here it is. If you got 13 y/o gms you are fc*** anyway, by them, or by something they do.

ip restriction makes you unable to log in with a gm acc if not in the ip range
with this you can get it to work anywhere
so, if you get hacked, anyone can log in

So, here is a little gameserver addon (v188 vsro), which allows you to set stuff like level/mastery cap, enable/disable dumps, etc. Nothing special at the moment, but will be updated through time.
v1.0.1:
- Set max level
- Set max mastery
- Enable/disable any messages in gameserver window (performance increasement)
- Enable/disable dumps (performance increasement)
- Enable/disable green book
- Enable/disable writing data to log db (mssql/gs itself performance increasement)
