Bro, i can make a exception ?
I can place him to a single person other limits ?
and the rest for example 4, a person 10 and the other four ?

Not possible with Silkroad, at least the current stock version without extensions and/or addons.

Bandwidth Limit Exceeded
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to the site owner reaching his/her bandwidth limit. Please try again later.
So, this is not a very big problem for me, but is a problem this one:

This notice appear if I try to login in Need for Speed World.
