well it depends if you have the language pack. if you dont have chinese then it will display like that.

Hi there! The skills aren't in other language. They are in chinese. All you have to do is run the bot Microsoft applocale > CHINESE language! Good luck

I managed to get it all done but I can't seem to fit the right language in the applocale, some of them look similar but not the same.
Here is the ss:

Wich one of them should I use?
And I have to use applocale on the silkroad.exe or on the SibiPrecincts.exe (I used it on silkroad.exe because on the SibiPrecincts.exe it doesn't seem to do anything at all)

choose the first 1 and set the setting on Sibi.

ummm, i installed chinese and ran the AppLocale program from windows
but the only thing thats translated is the main page of the bot
skills are still screwed up
