You did not specified which 'System Requirements' were you talking about. If you want to host a server with those files you'd probably need a VPS(Virtual Private Server) with a few gigabytes of RAM, decent HDD space, and a good internet connection whcih VPSes got, most of the time they're 100Mbit.

If you're talking about hosting those files on your own PC to open a server, you'd need a decent build, even with that it would lack the possibilites that a VPS gives to you such as 24/7 running time, connection with probably no lag as I'm sure you wouldn't use it for anything but the server itself.

The game requirements would be the same though.

sro cna be hosted on a normal PC only req is to have 4gb ram

IMHO it's not recommended unless you got a decent connection. How will you manage hundreds of players on your 10mbit home connection? The lag would be insane. I'd probably go with 16Gb RAM, but to make it sure around the range of 24gb-36gb would be recommended.

I myself got 8Gb of RAM but I wouldn't run it since I do use my own PC for gaming as well.

RAM is not always the main factor you must know.

RAM is not always the main factor you must know.
thats the minimum in fact for ram
many host server with Pentium dual core and 4 ram with 1mb bandwidth
ofc is not recommended, but for a simple test server is fine

Infact it is. Bigger servers also need to pay bigger 'taxes'. ePvP also doesn't run on a cheap host, it may even run on many servers at one to ensure security of their files if one gets compromised by a chance.

You simply can't do everything on your own PC, it's just not possible.

@PortalDark, yes it's perfectly fine if you just want to test it on your own as a test server, but if you want to make it public you should go and buy a VPS.
