Brother^^, you are missing one important step, the bot is not set to auto detect the game and connect to it, you have to do that manually by going to the "KDbotLite" folder then "Proxy" then "01" then "phConnector.ini" and put the connection IP of the game instead of the existing one, For example in bloody sro - Server Rose you put "IP=195.2.229.111" then save the "PhConnector.ini" and Open "phConnector01" and minimize it
Then you open the bot normally and minimize it too, then you start silkroad using the edxloader and mark on the box before "Redirect Login IP" and type instead of "15778" -> "10001"
If you followed these steps typically, it's going to work hopefully
If it worked for you, you will have to do the steps starting from "phConnector01" everytime you want to start the bot.

I don't think the bot can switch weapons as i looked for that thoroughly into it..i hope it's added soon or later to the bot as i need it myself, together with the loop option. About the translated PickFilter it's posted on the first post, here it's quoted below.
