Depends on the serverfiles you using.
1.3.0 srevo files need 1.287 sro_client.exe
1.2.9 srevo files need 1.285 sro_client.exe

and to change the pos of the item in npc, write after name: 2 instead 3
Or look at the example:

1 11 STORE_CH_SMITH_TAB2 PACKAGE_ITEM_CH_SHIELD_01_A 0 etc...
1 11 STORE_CH_SMITH_TAB2 PACKAGE_ITEM_MALL_GLOBAL_CHATTING 1 etc...

still got problems to add items to refpackageitem.txt
for example there is a sword 1d simple 1 11 19396 PACKAGE_ITEM_CH_SWORD_01_A 0 EXPAND_TERM_ALL SN_ITEM_CH_SWORD_01_A SN_ITEM_CH_SWORD_01_A_TT_DESC item\china\weapon\sword_01.ddj how to add same sword but sun, am trying but failing
