1) I saw somewhere paypal isnt available anymore?
2) If paypal is still available: some1 know about this prepaid cards for paypal? (if you could explain me how them works, how and where to buy them,etc, would be awesome.)
3) Moneybookers (in case paypal doesnt works) is like paypal right? i can charge money using prepaid cards as for paypal?
I ask all this because i have not bank account/credit card and i live in Spain, so i wanna know if theres some way to buy silks using other methods like PaySafeCard for example.
