Unhappy fast paid help needed with csremu for $50

Hello i failed to run csrem and i want somebody to help me stand up the emu to run a private server on a windows server device i have no time to try and try i want to start up the server online soon i want some one to install all csremu rev22 and give me the client download that is compitable with the emu

first he will give me the client download link then after i download i will give him windows server info to start up the emu and the database correctly on it and makes its settings then i will try to log into the game if it succeeds i will pay immediately $50 by moneybookers or any credit card proccessor.
notice: if he can do advanced editions to the emulator i will need him again to promote up the server.
