it's too risky.they could be leaked.each new p-server brings the risk of getting hacked due to a security leak!
every new server will steal THEIR long-term customers.
why destroying a monopoly if the income is guaranteed for the next 10 years?

Well, as I heard, alll the server owners were gm's @ MHTC...
And MHTC somehow hacked csro Probably on GNGWC cause where else will you find all the files in one place? =D

we all know about these incomplete files there was a team working on it but seems like didn't last.
