who has problems with windows 7 64 bit? i get an error with directx 9.0b... he says i have to install it or a newer version... HELP pls!

Hi i am new i been searching for the lag status of mysro, but i cant find it. I am thinking of buying a clean account but i dont know if it lags like swsro1. Can anyone tell me if it lags like swsro1?

(if the lag on swsro 1 is the same like when i played, some month's before)
