1. Enter this page:

2. Press "To Download Page"
3. Download Raysource:

4. When downloaded install it.
5. Again enter this page:

6. Press "To Download Page"
7. Press on Raysource icon:

8. Then you should get something like this:

Im using opera, so if you using other browser it can be different than its in picture.

9. Press Yes.
10. Raysource program will open, then press "Start Download"
11. Enjoy slow speed.
