Congratulations! SilkRoad Online is officially dead.



So what if we form some numbers? A small analyse would help us understanding the current situation of SilkRoad Online. No doubt that it's the first step of its dead.

NOTE: THIS PICTURE IS CAPTURED IN AFTERNOON TIME.

> SilkRoad-R Online players capacity: 7,000
> International SilkRoad Online players capacity: 18,989 ~= 19,000
> Total players: 19,000 + 7,000 = 26,000.
> Total legit players: If we consider no more no less than 25%~50% of bots, we'll have a total of [13,000] players.
> Total fake bot/multiclients/gold bots players: Approximately, no less than [10,000~13,000]

CONCLUSION: A MMOPRG game within' [13,000~15,000] is the real proof of a fail game. Sooner or later, SilkRoad will be disappeared. Nothing will be left than such fail stupid turkish/egyptian private servers.

If there would be one original server without edits just rates higher...

psro would be nice but there are to many fail servers out there.

Actually, I don't blame Joymax as much I blame those stupid many fail private servers that doesn't make sense! There must be some way, somehow, to find a solution for this problem.

Nothing has been changed in the past 3/2 years, still the same amount of players.
This game almost as old as this forum, You're not willing to spend the rest of your life playing this game..for me in my opinion I would say it's a great success to keep this amount of players and we're nearly reaching 12 years old MMO game if I'm not mistaken.
There will be a similar game to silkroad in the future anyway

It's just a matter of time, Korean / Chinese people are so genius don't underestimate them

A game with a base of 10k players within' 12 years only?
There are millions of other games with millions of players, aged for more than 20 years ago. MMORPG games are the most played, favorited by many gamers. They reach a base, however, of 50k of players as a minimum.

If there was a new fresh server opening that's hosted in europe, regardless of the cap, i'd still join it, and i'm pretty sure most would.

You didn't take into account the number of players that currently are not logged, server capacity doesn't determine total number of players - Joymax makes revenue from kSRO also. So your analysis needs a little more work.

kSRO makes no sense. Doesn't matter, here's it.

Joymax lost players? Yes but, this doesn't mean that it's dead.

This doesn't make any difference if you compared some servers we have now, they are almost like the official servers with the same amount of ppl talking about elamidas-cofl(2kppl). If there's any chance for a huge project that could be longterm no matter if some of the developers intended to leave or not, I am talking about a really big project here with whoever can cooperate, something that collects all the private scene into 1 server, this could be a huge success, until then joymax will still have the most number of players.

Plenty of editors/experts here in this forum not talking about the Sro Section only.
