[SwSRO] GM Pictures . EUROPA ?

I can't believe this debate still goes on after over a year and a half since these private server files have been out. UNLESS Swro is NOT based on the 1.091 client, you will NEVER see the European expansion. Why?....read on

1. The ISRO client version 1.154 maps folder contains 9,476 files in 62 folders
2. Client version 1.091 contains 7460 files in 59 folders.

For those that can't do the math, that makes 2,016 files and 3 folders added to make the European expansion. The structure of the folders also changed with the expansion. Both server side and client side must match for this to work. This isn't a case where these people can just pull map files out of their *** and make an expansion. These have to be reversed engineered and coded into the files to work.

There is a reason you haven't seen any major updates to the 1.091 clients. Before anyone says "they updated skills, levels, bla bla bla", Things like those were already in the server/client files. They could go to lvl 140 if they wanted too. Adding the maps is a impractical reality.

at least someone shares my opinion and understands the matter, updating things such as skills is very easy and level cap. Level cap will just be a 2-3 digit number that can easily be edited in the database, with skills to they will just need to make sure they have the correct skilldata and that, pictures and all that **** isnt needed server sided, so its really not that hard.

like with the maps even if they could somehow get them, very unlikely, it will be hugely bugged with things such as the navmesh and other things .bmt files .bms things they wont even begin to understand.
