THe GM was writing on Ecsro : Dear Users. Snowshield is added successfully. it will come
with the next patch

Nope you are wrong, then why does ECSRO Have reduced Strong Bow CAST time even at level 32? (The first book?) And SWSRO doesn't?
Why is devil bow cast time also reduced here and not on swsro?
SWSro and ECSRO Have the same server files now and it all depends on the 'TEAM' who is going to add Snow Shield faster.
@edit: silkbotter changed my mind and motivated me with 'something'.

Ahoy Ahoy! as you all can tell from the title, i'm wondering if snow shield is good for bladers "which u r aware that they are str-based characters" or not?. My plan is this, to go for a blader for 90 weapon skills, 90 cold, light 30, fire 90. . .The whole issue about the cold is actually to get the snow shield. I thought, it might work, and it'll be effective, but i realised that as soon as i use it, i discover that my mp goes zero, "although i wont lose against my opponent". So, i need some...

hi .. i'm not very active in posting but i read a lot on this forum ..i would want to know how much should i raise my snow shield for my pure int s/s nuker wich i want to use for pvp ..my build : bicheon/light/cold and 30 fire. so in conclusion i want to know until % i should raise the snoe shield to be good at pvp and pve and don't use much mana pots .. i was thinking 30%.
