It was on earlier for an hour, but the guy went to sleep. I'm trying to run the game now, as my laptop had a D3D9 error. Hopefully I'll do it soon (later on today)

Sro its offcialy a fantasy for now what you have been expected ? the same sro1 with enchanced graphics or the same things no bcz joymax dint did a thing in game so this Studio silent typhoon dont know a thing about the game they just repolish some things such as Trade with camels and other small things.

im trying not to judge it to much since its in closed beta but im not in love with this game at all. there skill system is weird, no stat attribution. graphics are kind of **** for this gen. guess thats what happens when a new company takes over and releases a sequal. I will continue to play the game and get alot further in the game to see how late game is :P

If cabal 2 managed to have good graphics why the hell can't silkroad 2 do the same? but not gonna judge it before I play it myself.

The people, who actually judge them, are absolutely right. If you call that "new game" silkroad 2, then give it at least a little recognition value to silkroad 1. This one have like nothing to do with the world wide known silkroad online and thats a fact.
Ask urself...why did they named it as silkroad 2...?
