I don't remember the exact error, but it's about invalid region link. Everytime when that happens, the GameServer gets closed and server disconnected.

Anyways to resolve this issue? I don't want to play with the region data because I do not know what's the odd outcome.

This usually happens in hotan where the penon fighters is and roc mountain. Another place is at south Jang and north of dowhang.

Get another database and disable(If your pc/laptop/vps/dedicated) is a low one and disable some regions at refbindassocserver or however it's called

this database is from Vehalla database. Everything is perfect except for that.... I turn off all the regions that I don't play much such as GM Event, Prison, etc...
