sticking servers with over 800 players
is there any way this is possible? to stick servers with over 800 players with PROOF
or a special 1 thread dedicated to the top 10 most populated servers

No, every server has to be treated equally. Elitepvpers does not prefer any server, thus they will not stick a server which user might think is the best.
There is a way to sort the advertised servers here by replies: 
and by views:
and then just browse the section until you find a good one.

Since when is posting what has more players "prefering", its just saying i have more than you. not they like me better so im here. a "top 10 most populated" would work. STATISTICS ARE STATISTICS there is no refuting them

I know the mods point... Sticky servers would get more attention, people will just ignore the other servers (If I own a server and it's not sticked I would get mad) That's why it's unfair. Put yourself in his shoes, and see if that will get you mad or not.

statistics may influence certain things, but sticking a thread just because of the popularity is not fair, not mention creating a 2 page long sticky section
In my opinion(and decision), I won't be sticking the popular servers anytime soon. It is easier for me to ask a little donation and open a vote/rank website then using stickies

SO! i am using REAM's leveling script without the modularity (i've removed superfluours functionality)
The script "sticks" on each moveto command. The character will run to the specified location and then stop there whilst walker simply waits.
If you are having this same issue then i do have a solution but it's not ideal. It appears that if an item or skill is used then this jolts the script and causes it to carry on to the next function, (an update issue of some kind it seems)
