If you have a char in town to analyze the packets you could look if someone always goes to the same position when buying/selling/storing things at NPCs
It's pretty much impossible for someone to always click at the same spot every time he goes to town lol

It's easy to add some randomness to bot movement, not that any bot does that at the moment though afaik.

You could check if the position is in a certain range.(which shouldn't be too big of course)
But there are other things I would do to try to prevent botting, before I would this(just because there are better ways)

Checking a range might cause false positives, which is worse than a few bots not getting banned.
What are the other ways you have in mind? Just wondering.

You'd like to know that, eh
Not going to tell them, because as soon as someone knows how it's done there might be a way around it(there is always one)
I tried some of things I thought that could work and some of them really did
If you feel like saying "you just don't tell them, because you don't know any" feel free to do so, idc

You're one of them sir. Everytime when i've seen your posts it's just about flaming on others. You're one of many reasons why this silkroad community is a mess.
Topicstarter: I like your idea really it's more like the ********** /Rev6 and i think it would bring much to the community if something like this was developed

Oh no I'm not
I'm just saying the truth lol
If someone would say that hi has this and that and it sounds plausible AND I can't prove that what he says is not true, I won't 'attack'/'flame on' them
I doubt that I'm making this community any worse, just because the turks and the kids in here make it so bad that it's impossible to make it even worse
The reason why I spam a lot is because there's actually not really something where I feel like contributing(I'm not going to help some retards making servers which will be online for one day and then offline again; waste of time and energy)

Omg, this is just a dev-discussing thread, why you make it a flamewar?
I've applied this system to Creddy, (a char is always online ingame by clientless) view( )
But i look for another ideas.

You can read the allchat and filter the WTS / WTB .
You can read the Packet if anyone has a Stall open (don't know if there is any Packet for it) and show it who has a Stall open and in what city.
You can write notices with your Clientless tool.
You can make him as a Supporter, that more then one can "connect" to him over the www and help players. So if any player PMs him, you can see it in the webpanel and write back.
And so on..

Append tooltips of equipment pieces mentioned in globals. A proper form for the globals is required though, as well as probably a reserved slot in the inventory

Excuse me, do not insult our intelligence: we noticed it too.

And what if he meant it like "hey, I see your english is not too good, maybe you know something wrong, so I correct it for you, so you can use it normally next time" ? (Why try to find almost always the shit behind people's words, I do not get. It takes the same effort to see something positive behind it...)

The exact same thought formed my head.

Excuse me, but your truth (everyone says his/her own truth) is considered as an opinion. And opinions are often being found harrassing, aren't they?^^ I'm not taking sides, don't get me wrong...
I remember an IRC chat conversation of this...

[xxxx] this is my second day on irc and I met 4 jerks
[yyyyyyy] Ever considered that it isn't always the world's fault?
[xxxx] fuck, another jerk

(So that's how it is..)

Yep. But you got to parse the groupspawn (0x3019) fully, 100% correct. If you can do it, (on BR110 files), i will give you $50.
