Actualy we do have a quite active staff team thats offering support , not too many ingame apareances but we do offer all the help needed trough our [H] chars (Helpers) , for more information about esro click my signature

Well thats true. I personally prefer that aswell but alot of players wish to have a person they can receive support at.

You're better off risking a look at the private server section - recommended servers are mostly those you actually wouldn't like to play on, unless the suggestion was made by an impartial player
