The problem is its coded with java and i dont think ios **** will execute it

If you see paid app on android, what do you do? You download it from other sources.
Same with iphone.

Yes but of course i can do it without jailbreaking my phone, without messing with the words 'tethered' 'untethered' etc.

Who gives a ****? Downloading an app and plugging in your iOS device for 1 minute.
That's whole jailbreak proccess.
People are lazy nowadays.
But it's okay, I like your idea even if it's on an android.
