Arrow [Question] Oldschool server - cap - vsro files

So , i decided that files are going to stay vsro , for mbot , since i wanted to make it low-rate server.
However i got some ideas up there , and questions aswell , would be really nice if any of you would take your time and answer. Thanks in advance.
So first thing is the question , its kinda simple : What rates would you like to have on oldschool server ( Low ones , dont write anything higher than 50.)
In my opinion it should be really low , since botting is going to be allowed , and no ip restriction as long as server reaches high community ( If its even possible without ' PlaySRO ' as ur server name )
My offer about rates would be 3~5x , DONT RAGE BEFORE its time , read the next idea.
So , this " next idea " would be to revive oldschool cap's , would start with 60 or 70 , and rise till 90. ( Thats why i wanted low rates )
Gold and all the other rates would be low , but jobbing rates would be way higher , also fortresswar will be one of the biggest business , since just jangan is going to be enabled.
So , just let me know what are you thinking bout it

P.S : Server will have Chinese and european characters.

For the love of *** make ip limit at least otherwise your server will have another 24/7 afk goldbotter community -_-
Be careful with job rates btw, cus if theyre too high everybody will be trader for easy money^^ As for rates, 5x are perfect imo especially if it starts at 60cap

You cant make a big community with freaking IP Limit , and no one joins you when they see's that your server stats are 100~ or so on.
Plus i dont like doing fake things like other server's does ( For example typing in website that our server stats are 500+ , meanwhile it is 200~ )
About trading rates , thats the thing , when i make them normal for people to trade , so they can make actual money , there will arrive some badasses that are faster and are already done with all gold , so they'll go for thief's , and steal everything around = fun jobbing times =P

For me, i dunn like europeans at 90 cap. 100 cap is way better @ europeans. And why dont u make it an 80 chineese only with those rates, so the main focus becomes on the middle game and jobbing(which is the main thing sro was made for)

Every second server nowadays is 80 cap , chinese only.
As a player im tired of it , and i miss amazing fw's with europeans and 90 cap , probably thats why its going to have both race's

This idea was already presented for some days ago here at this forum. You better raise the rates to x20-30 atleast barely no one wants to grind their hands off in order to reach the cap.

i suggest u to start with 70 cap ch only -> update to 80 cap ch only -> update eu -> update 90 cap

90 (50x rates would be good) don't upgrade to 100 [Zeus,Memphis,Blaze etc...] uhmm high moon drop rate and low-ish sun ones but not like 4 months for 1 sun, more of a 1 sun every week or so

Well what do u think of making a server with high rates and no bots?
Cant SRO players really live without a bot?
About high rates i mean that it doesnt take long to get capped, maybe 24h of gameplay total. Atleast it wont be a botfest where every spot is occupied.

Just to get some things straight : Yes , they cant play without a freaking bot , trust me..
Check around any server based on black rogue files , its empty , cause there's no bot.
About spots , we can make a solution for it , ofc if people that are way too much addicted about oldschool wont cry.
(Idea is : Opening any kind of a new area with old mobs , for example job temple with wing tribes lv 85-87 , and rocky's )
