Islam... as far as i know arabs etc are released pretty long time ago, same as christians etc....

Yeah, you can get some arabian players on your v188 server.

still, if someone(a single person or group) starts a dev on it, it is 85% possible to add
take the EU race
it was possible to add on old server files(they have some bugs but since new server files are out, people abandoned the project)
also, not even kSRO got Arab race, there is no announced data, not even system has been revealed(just some txt on client pointing that new stuff is coming, but just items/mobs)
