mastery 400?

hey guys, syndicate is having a vote about raising the china mastery to 400 and leaving euro 330, this is mainly for unique and pvp. my problem is im having trouble deciding because im both races would it make it fair or give advantage to china??? thanks in adv.

anyway
even with 400 on ch, a 330 eu can be beat a ch if done things right(debuffs and stuff) as well as eu can own a CH if they have the chance
after thinking a bit, that could create the perfect wall a warrior, cleric and warlock
that will of course ruin the entire game,nothing will hit you, you can debuff and survive like a tank

why you want a int warrior?
phisical dmg 100-2000 at lvl 100
better a warrior/cleric/warlock
imagine, tanking due to warrior armor, cleric to buff, and warlock to debuff
works with rogue for the critical factor, but as i said, it is insane, this will turn the game to ruins

well warlock is kinda bad idea since every noob uses mbot for curing debuffs...and i said war/wiz/cleric for fun and u can use HA )..eh any way 330 mastery for EU is kinda **** and it will ruins the game
