The Best Low-Cap, Medi/High-Rates Pserver in your opinion?
Hey guys, im loosing the view for all this pservers...
there are coming new ones daily, but the dl-links are wrong or outdated or whatever...
so, i'm asking those people who play on a low-cap, medi/high-rate pserver with at least 250 members.

1.It should be cap 90 with some edited skills
2.Eu+Ch would be perfect
3.Make jupiter mobs as level 95 or 92 to be cool
4.Make 120 uniques as 90 or 100 uniques
5.Add custom tittles
6.Make some avatars + Items from Item mall into game gold

90 cap srv medium rates, no free silk, eu/chn , for real silkroad players. only donate for silk , dont give items/weapons for $ and will be great. vsro files, no titan uniqs, edit the skill cap to 90 MAX. and maybe mall items to npc for gold.(price depends on you.)

Try out Capped Online, used to be fun a few months ago. If they didn't raise rates, its 80 cap.
