Database connection also failed ****** />
No DB --> no chars to be shown at the screen.

Just be patient untill they restart the server

The accounts still work prob because the accounts are connected with Site db... which is still online

And here is an answer because u obviously didn't understand that part which u have quoted. Getting a server files, and opening a server is another story, but mine point was in SERVER administration.
