[ZSZC] Offsets (hope can ask here)

Hello, as my Title says, i've been looking and trying to get/find out the ZSZC Sro offsets for
base;
current Health;
max Health;
current Mana;
max Mana;

I aswell tried to figure them out with CheatEngine but somhow I fail with finding the correct offset. So i'd like to ask you guys if anyone has/could give me the current offsets of zszc. Thank you very much in advanace!

P.s Hope this was the right section to ask...

Thank you very much! only the CharBase is returning me 0 all the time(written &HA9EE64 in VB.NET right?) the others are giving me values. It's the correct offset or am i just failing in my code?

Charbase != CharName.

if the charbase returns 0 you can't get anything with those offsets -.-

Anyone can post the newest offsets of zszc(earth)?
for example for current hp and something like that hope anyone can post it here
