SR_ShardManager+Game Server DB Failed

I managed to run all the others but when I tried to open SR_ShardManager+Game Server it wrote me "DB Failed".
I looked for guide but I couldn't find any helpful guide I hope someone can help me (I'm sorry for my bad English I hope you understood me.)

This is very good tutorial but I still couldn't solve the problem because I did it accurately like this tutorial (I fixed DBConnect.asp due to this guide at least one problem is fixed)
