hello guys iam sure u all had this problem before so u will understand me
how to edit skilldata_35000enc without getting a crash because everytime i edit something i get crash please help its a really bad problem..

use tool
Vsro Script Crypter ver1.0
scan
Decrypt skilldata_xxxenc -> edit text -> encrypt -> skilldata_xxxenc

Skill effect is missing. Find the skill effect for SKILL_MALL_MRVIPER_GODBLESS_FIRE and add it your skilleffect.txt inside server_dep

as title said i want easy way to add lines to skilldata_35000enc
because i try every guide on epvpers, and still get crashed after launching the client + i can't add any new stuff to my server w/o knowing how to add lines to
skilldata_35000enc
and i want to limit guild members for 20 or 25 players and union to only 2 guilds
it that's possiple ?
