First, check those skills' ID, if they are matching 1:1 with those at _RefObjCommon. Since the second part of the mob string at _RefObjCommon handles the skills of a mob, way back at the actual written code.

After checking it, and seeing, if those IDs are not matching, execute the _GetMediaLines procedure (if you don't have that one, search the forums for it!) and paste the lines to your characterdataxxxxx.txt.
Secondly, remove these obsolete lines (marked as pastel red-ish), they are unnecessary and might conflict with the client.
And for the context, is this unique absolutely not damaging you, or do you just not see any kind of floating damage indicator but your health keeps reducing? If its the latter + mob not disappearing, it is definitely a skilleffects.txt issue.
