how i can fix it > help

i have problem when i added some scrolls in item maill
added successfull but no image in item mail :/
when i add it in npc show image, how i can fix it problem in item mail !

Well, make sure that icon exist in icon / icon64
and also check the icon link again in refpackage item and others
