i search alot in GOOGLE, and The "Solution" is this

You need to enable this quest. in RefCharDefult_Quest

1 15 3 QEVENT_GUIDE 1

but when i enable and i login in the server with a new char, i get DC every new
things, like the frist spawn, the frist walk, the frist out of jangan, the frist i attack a mob.
who can help me with that!!?

the same i get DC and DC but only in the new chars that i create after i ejecute the query in the olds chars i dont have any problem with DC and the f1 and f4 works fine
