You can run unlimited amount of GS & Agent as long as you have the right certification and edited machines to work on a single machine.

But no one will give you their working certification or tell you how to run 3x GS on a single machine. You need to figure out these stuff by yourself

The only reason I told you this because I went through the same thing.. though right now I can run 4x GS & 4x Agent on the same machine using 4x IPs and tbh i won't share it for now.
