-and if deleted where i can make a new account?
-and if old account is not deleted why i can't enter on this? he say me acc or pass is incorect.....

i don't know if it's deleted but the registration is closed.

Maybe you tried to log in on the Test server. as the test server is named ECSRO.

Accounts are not deleted.

they deleted a lot chars like 2-4 months ago
if the acc wasnt login for like uhm 6 or9 month they delted it
