Can some1 help me, with server files?

Yo!
Last times, i tryed find any emulator for silkroad.
I want get fun. (spawn items, uniques, mobs etc)
Can some1 bring me with any links/tutorials/ where and how can i UP my own server, just for me ?
I saw these threads where guys doing changes in database - its to loong for me.
Above years ago, I put on one, but losed files :-/ Cannot find working links anymore..
