ok first of all let me give you a run down of the Deleting char error codes -->
-10000 is they are still in a guild < remove them from Guild database
-10001 is they have an account based item in inventory < delete item
-10003 is they are a guild leader < delete them from Guild database
-10004 is they did not set char to delete them self < you set it
-10007 is they are in a training camp < delete them from training camp member
-10008 is they have an account based avatar on < delete it
-700000 is guild master set his own char to delete without leaving new guild leader
-1000 they have an active pick pet that is summoned < delete it
