The Job exp of this bug, does not pass to level 2, it stays in negative

Here is a picture, if anyone can help me please.

also if you have a high rate on job you will have all time negativ exp. anyway no matter if you put low rate or high you will have negative exp is just a issue time

and edit ExpJobrate = 5 like the picture on common.txt
