[Old Sjsro] Mini Lags\Delay

hey wasup, i play since a week ago and i have this small lags,
i mean Delay in all actions,really small lags but they really annoying.

my question is if everyone have this lags? and if not so how to fix that?
(all of my friends have the same thing, location: Israel.)

yes i have it to sjsro (new) im lvl 90 blader and the 5 combo hits comes lil late ye i dunno why (i live in netherlands) think just host prob...

there no way to fix that ;s its the server .

i from old mate but if is not working it is N/A offline undergoing and with my friends it's too lagggg if u know any thing about the offline help me
