Simply, many questions should be asked to you:

1. Where're you from? <- because DoaD posted some countries that he'll block its ip from being connected with mBot
2. Does this error happen with you multi time?
3. Have you tried to install new windows after this **** happen?

I NEED IT LOGGING WITH MY NORMAL IP
IF I LOGGING WITH HOTSPOT GOT LAG AND BLOCKED AND LOST MY TITLE

You Use Static Ip ?

mbot doesnt work with non static ip's so u have to use hotspot sheild or any ip changer to loggin or just change your internet connection and get a static ip.
