if you can open the server and manage to set them with the hamachi ips, then yes

Routers ip . Talk to your ISP. Some ISP don't allow normal users to have a static ip .

Is not about static IP or link a DNS to your IP, his friends are probably getting C9 on login because he is hosting the game behind a router.

The best way to solve this is simply use Hamachi (both you and your friends), use the Hamachi IP on the certification configuration.

well my friends dont get a c9 error on login .

after start button they get this error (and even with loadeR) and even sometimes i get it .
