Its not really clear what your asking, but if i understand your question its; whast better 2:1 int s/s ice/light - 5:1 int s/s ice/light - or 2:1 bicheon/heuksal/light...

I would say go for 5:1 int s/s light/ice.

dual is not really good for a int char, you wont have a lot of defence so you will die a lot.

2 good builds i can give you;
* 5:1 -> 90 bicheon / 90 light / 90 ice. (this build has good defense)

or

* 5:1 -> 90 heuksal / 90 fire / 68 ice / 52light. (this is my favourite build, high damage and decent defense)
