[Problem] Can't teleport to Holy Water Temple

so everytime i teleport to holy water temple my gameserver says:
fatal: CREATE GAMEWORLD SUCCESSED!!!
but in game it doesn't move in there or stuck at loading screen + DC
stuck +DC at loading screen when Pharaoh's Assocserver is set to: 1
doesn't move in when its 0 or 2

checked server and media refteleport services are set to one to the following rows

GATE_TOMB_GATE_IN
GATE_TOMB_GATE_OUT_1
GATE_TOMB_GATE_OUT_2
GATE_TOMB_GATE_OUT_3
GATE_TOMBOSIRIS_GATE_OUT_1
GATE_TOMBOSIRIS_GATE_OUT_2
GATE_TOMBOSIRIS_GATE_OUT_3

solved somehow by fixing the 3 teleport tables at media side
