Sibibot don't have level 7 Soul Spear?

I upgrade my skill to level 7 & i`m level 70.
I check the skill section there's none,.
Does this mean all level 70+ Skills dont work?

all skills work... i made a guide for it just search my name and sibibot guide in the search box

Example:
Level 70+ Mastery

Skill that need mastery over 70+
You upgrade the skill with 70+ Mastery needed.

Bot Skill Disappears.
