[Problem]Second machine Manager

i got my first machine running the sever flawlessly. but i need another Game sever, Agent server, and Machine Manager so i can open all of the map. So i used Patch 3 by Abdelfattah. so run everything on one computer but on the other computer the Machine manager wont connect to my first machine. I have check the Server.cfg for any errors, non found, i check that all ports were open on the both machines and still it won't connect it say "requesting server certification" and that it doesn't change
