I'm not so sure... this is from ecsro forum :fembria server is online again , it was opened at Monday 1 February exp rates are now 30x , no end time is given yet
So it may stay more than 1 week who knows? Still good luck guys!

5am in mornign they just announced 30x is over was fun while it lasted!!
