Can you tell me what exactly you think is Pay2Win about Pyrite? A few days ago 100 Silk costed 80M Gold (it’s now around 110M,) you can get 60M per trade during the double profit times. This is the essence, not to mention the endless boosters we have for our non-donator players, like a free Premium in exchange for killing 2,500 Wing mobs (Quest) and a free avatar added to starter items. Stones for gold? Safe Caravan & Double Profit Events for people who don't like to compete and newcomers? Nothing?

Your issue was regarding being offline until 1 hour before the Fortress War, your guild master moving the online members to a different guild, leaving you out of the fun. We tried to explain that these kind of problems are to be discussed with players among themselves, meaning that we don't involve ourselves with such matters. Why? The team being a third-party in an argument or fight between players has always caused more problems, rather than fix them. When we take action based on our own judgment, the person whose side we didn't take will always think that we are treating the other end better or that there is corruption in any kind of way.
The same policy applies to scams, we personally don't include ourselves in 99.9% of different scam cases and nobody should blame us for that. The scammed person always tends to forget that he allowed himself to be exploited and tricked and thinks it's in our job description that we should interfere, which is not the case at all. We prefer having the least interference possible when it comes to fights/scams/anything that can make someone unhappy in general, just like the old times, or else we will look like bad people in the eyes of someone by the end of the day, which we definitely don't want.
In your case, I personally apologized on behalf of everyone that inconvenienced you in any way, although it doesn't concern me, all while you are spreading irrelevant negativity due to your misunderstanding of some features (like the DPS Meter) and even posting negative feedback on advertisement platforms, so I will leave the judgment to anyone reading this.
