Idk what the server was like in the beginning (joined 1 week before cap 70) but currently I don't see any corruption and there is no silk event or something that let people post here. The reason why people post here is because they enjoy the server. Of cause you could bot all day and then complain that there is no activity. But since mid of 70 caps I see (and did) a lot of trades. BA is always happening. FTW is always at least 5-7 8pts. People are doing FGW since a few days and i see a lot of alchemy notifications. All this with about 500 logged in chars every day. So from my point of view it looks like the server is growing which wouldn't happen if the server is like you described here. Also before the IP HWID 4/4 limit was 4/2 which is basically like having it 4/4 because most SRO players then just use 2 PC.

Anyway none is forced to play on the server but the more players the more fun and the community is pretty supportive especially to new players like me and when I read your posts here I'm pretty happy that you weren't on the server when I joined.

Corrupt server, any one with half a brain looking to get back into the game (Silkroad Online) this server is NOT it, go through the devs comments above and you'll perfectly see why.

Server capacity is decreasing day by day. This is annoying.
Player counter is not working on website, it shows wrong. Because you stabled it and decreased capacity.
